Walkin Timings : 10 am to 4 pm
DAY SHIFT JOB : 9 AM-6 PM ( Monday to Friday )
Role Definition:
Call customer to remind them for payment
Should negotiate with delinquent customers and convince them to pay the outstanding bills
Conduct surveys
Make intimation calls
Assist customers to resolve service issues.
Achieve collection targets from the assigned list of customers
Must have worked in a collection process of a BPO/BANK/NBFC/Collection DSA(Agency)/ Others
Knowledge of English, Telgu and Kannada is a must
