For Implementation:
- Responsible for managing build and transition for areas
* Firewall Checkpoint/Juniper / Mcafee
* Proxy F5 / Bluecoat
- Either of Firewall (Checkpoint, Juniper and Mcafee) or Proxy (Bluecoat and F5) competence are compulsory for this position
- Certifications are preferred for this position
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to transform technical knowledge into business language (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.)
- Must have a solid understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles, practices and processes in providing and managing the delivery of a large scale, enterprise-wide service.
- This position needs the resource to work in Sweden (CET) shift time.
The candidate might have to support for extended hours in case of crucial project activities.
For Operations:
- Responsible for managing day to day support activities for areas

- Must be a Team worker, the end to end user experience is based on shared platforms and interactions with other teams is crucial

- This position requires to perform in a 24x7 support mode, so the candidate should be flexible with working hours.
