Qualification: andidates should possess First class Degree from recognized University in Mechanical Engineering for S.No- 1, First class Degree or equivalent in any branch of Engineering/ Technology with diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Central/ State Government for S.No- 2, first class Post Graduation in HR/ IR/ PM or first class Post Graduation Diploma (Two years) full time in HR/ IR/ PM from reputed Institution or first class MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institution for S.NO- 3. Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 48 years for S.No- 1, 45 years for S.No- 2, 35 years for S.No- 3, 30 years for S.No- 4 and 28 years for S.No-5 as on 31-10-2015. Age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years for SC, 3 years for OBC (non creamy layer), Persons with Disabilities (For Post Nos.1 to 4) is 5 years for candidates belonging to General, 8 years for OBC and 10 years for SC categories and (For Post No.5) is 10 years for candidates belonging to General, 13 years for OBC candidates as per rules.
