    Job responsibilities for Manager Distribution Agency channel
    Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job.)
    Create and implement a plan to ensure achievement of direct sales targets:
    - Continuously seek to meet & convert potential customers to consistently achieve direct sales targets
    - Regularly network with potential customers and those who can lead to potential customers so as to have a wide base from which direct sales targets can be achieved

    Build and operate a sustainable distribution network to achieve sales targets:
    - Create and implement a segmentation plan for distributor appointment
    - Enlist good quality Wealthsurance distributors by identifying and enrolling them through presentations, constant follow-ups, collection of necessary documentation and ensuring their attendance in the training programme
    - Build and execute a plan for achievement of sales targets month after month by setting individual targets for each of the Distributors in the team taking into consideration the Distributors potential and the total business target.
    - Train the Wealthsurance distributors through classroom and on the job training (accompanying them on sales calls, doing mock presentations, etc)
    Lead, motivate and develop the Wealthsurance Distributors:
    - Set a leadership example for the Wealthsurance distributors to follow
    - Mentor the team of Wealthsurance distributors through personal examples, conducting motivational sessions, feedback programmes, etc
    - Ensure their development by regularly monitoring their progress and through need based training programs

    Schedule and action all chartered activities within the set time frame
    - Chart out a calendar of activities and further break it down into smaller time periods
    - Implement this activity calendar as per the set schedule
    Identify the investment, savings and protection (ISP) needs in the market place and recommend customised solutions
    - Have an understanding of the financial markets
    - Continuously stay updated on relevant developments in the financial markets so as to be able to provide sound advice to potential customers
