Job Description:
Work form a standard protocol and utilize documented processes to respond to issue.
Troubleshoot Hardware/ Networking/ OS related queries of our global customers over the phone/ chat/ email/ web requests.
Take calls from global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
Successfully resolve simple to moderate technical issues from incoming customer contacts and proactive notifications systems.
